POS AŞ offers end-to-end solutions with POS cash register hardware and software products, installation, support, project management, consultancy and maintenance services for retailers in different segments in the industry.

Genius applications, the merchandising front office software developed by POS AŞ, are used by many retailers both in our country and international customers, on POS cash register equipment. POS AŞ was established in 1993 through the partnership of POS Retail Automation Systems Trade and Industry Inc., IBM Turkey and Aytaş A.Ş. After Toshiba TEC announced in April 2012 that it would acquire the IBM Retail Solutions and Services group, the first group of countries moved to the newly established Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions in August 2012. As of September 30, 2012, Turkey has completed its transition along with the second group of countries.

Thus, the shares of POS AŞ were transferred from IBM to Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, keeping the same organizational structure and title.
